Barley, wheat, and sprouted grain bread are staples.
Fruits & Vegetables:
Figs, grapes (or raisins), pomegranates, olives, apples, dates, melons, cucumbers, leeks, and onions are commonly mentioned.
Protein & Dairy:
Lamb, goat meat, beef, fish (with fins and scales), eggs, raw goat milk, and cheese.
Fats & Sweeteners:
Olive oil is primary, with honey used as a natural sweetener.
Herbs & Spices:
Coriander, parsley, and various herbs are used.

Based here, I see myself as a CREATOR for this upcoming Bible Study Campaign (Book of Revelation) starting with my own Discipleship Life Group and praying for finding people in the dancers community.

ReplyDeleteI strongly agree on this that everyone should read, study and understand the book of Revelation especially that we are living in the end times. Everyone must encourage to read the word and be immersed tonit. The world and the this generation has gone disarray and has gone blind because of the lack of knowledge, foresight and understanding. Maby blind leading another blind and everyone falls into a pit because they do not read, study and understand the book of Revelation which is the full circle.
