CROSSOVER Preparation and Formation PART 1

CREATING GREAT EXPERIENCES
through the
HisLife CrossOver Weekends

Psalm 133

”How good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell together in unity!
…. For there the Lord commands His blessing.”
------------

The level of spiritual impact of a CROSSOVER Weekend on the participants will be greatly influenced by the prayers, preparation and the heart attitude of those who have submitted themselves as Teachers and and Ministry Team members to lead and serve in the CROSSOVER.

The CROSSOVER Team should make sure that their hearts are pure before God and that there are no
unresolved issues in their lives or at home that may hinder the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
The Team also needs to be in tune with the Holy Spirit and His direction at all times.
To insure this, the Team must pray and fast during the week before the CROSSOVER for the CROSSOVER WEEKEND and the Team.

CROSSROADS GUIDELINES

The CROSSROADS Leader
There should be a Leader for the Men and a Leader for the Women at the CROSSOVER WEEKEND The Men's and Women's Leader work closely together and share the leadership responsibility for the CROSSOVER.
Ideally, one of these should be agreed upon as the "go to" Leader to resolve issues for the entire CROSSOVER.  The Leader is the spiritual guide of the Team before, during and after the CROSSOVER – from preparation to CROSSROADS.

The Leader’s responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the CROSSOVER Coordinator in the preparation, conduct, conclusion and evaluation of the CROSSOVER (from Team preparation to CROSSROADS to CROSSOVER to CROSSWAY).

2. Promote and preserve unity and teamwork.

3. Conduct the CROSSROADS and CROSSWAY follow up and studies.
Remember we are establishing a quality disciple of Jesus Christ.
