The ENGEL SCALE.

This SCALE was developed by James F. Engel, as a way of representing the journey  

from NO knowledge of God, through to SPIRITUAL MATURITY as a Christian believer.

The model is used by some Christians to emphasize the process of conversion and the various 

decision-making steps that a person goes through in becoming a Christian.

KNOWING THAT THERE IS SUCH AS "scale" of progression, HOW will we prepare as we enter NON Christian Families, Districts around the world in Missions?

a constant ONCE a YEAR or more NON SUNDAY Campaign for this:

WIN 

- promote the basic sharing of the GOSPEL and ENGAGING the world around them through various Evangelistic Tools such as ALPHA and related COURSES for all, the Four Gospel Truths and etc.

BOND 

- to regularly LAND people in Standardized Small Groups (Life Groups) -- these are groups not just meeting BUT making disciples through the Vision of 12 in partnership with our LGL+ Courses.

TRAIN 

- call everyone to know the price to pay for "pastoral leadership", to be Life Group Leaders (while others become INTERCESSORS, ASSISTANTS, MINISTRY LEADERS and etc through other training Modules)

SEND 

- deliberately sending people to be MINISTRY Leaders and MISSIONSIONERS or MISSIONARIES to different Campuses, Companies, Communities, Cities and Countries.
