We BOND people via PERSONAL One By One Method in a 6 Session Meet Up that may be DONE Once a Week or One Lesson per Meeting.

IN every EVENT at HIS LIFE, we CONSOLIDATE PEOPLE: 

• After a Bible Study WE MUST CONSOLIDATE via One By One Meet Ups
• After a Small Group WE MUST CONSOLIDATE. 
• After Sunday Worship and Preaching Celebrations, WE MUST CONSOLIDATE.

WE MUST PERSONALLY CONSOLIDATE .... using our CrossRoads Booklet and enlist them in the NEXT CROSSOVER WEEKEND.

• After Congregational Meet Ups such as 
• REAL TALKS (Accelerate)
• Campus Invasion (YX) 
• Faith Revolution Nights
• and ETC

HOW TO SET UP 

The Set Up Team MUST not only arrange the STAGE, SOUNDS, LIGHTS, MEDIA, LAMBS area, Resource Welcome Area, BUT MUST SET UP A CROSSROADS AREA for immediate First Lesson and Appointment Schedules towards the NEXT LESSON.

Have 

a CROSSROADS Consolidation AREA, NOOK, CORNER to do the CROSSROADS immediately with PEOPLE on SITE 🙂. It must be a place without any distractions.

-- prepare BOOKLETS in LANGUAGES appropriate.

KEEP

a good Data Track Record of the LESSONS Finished BY each Individual with their DISCIPLESHIP LIFE GROUP LEADER.  

There are 6 Lesson to go through together.

WHEN

they Reach LESSON 6, MAKE sure to INVITE them to a DINNER for an HLM WEEKEND ENCOUNTER [CROSSOVER] enlistment.
-- This is a BIG GATHERING of ALL who finished CrossRoads.

-- They will then be INVITED to be part of CrossOver WEEKEND, with which a LIST of PREPARED PACKAGES to join are made available.

CrossOVER via ZOOM.
Then meet up with their LOCAL PASTOR for anointing and laying on of HANDS

Package # 2
CrossOVER via A SEMINAR FORMAT on a Friday and a Saturday (not stay in) 
with Water Baptism for anyone who wants to follow JESUS in the Waters of Baptism

Package # 3
CrossOVER in a NICE WEEKEND AWAY AREA 

(over night)
with WATER BAPTISM for anyone willing to follow JESUS in the Waters of Baptism.

YOU MUST evangelize, 

use the CUBE or any TOOL to engage people actively [in the CAMPUSES if you are a CAMPUS PASTOR; in the OFFICES if you are a YOUNG PRO; in COMMUNITIES if your are a Community Missionary].

LOVE PEOPLE and REACH OUT to them INTENTIONALLY -- this is the bottom line!
