CONFERENCE: Call To All / Call2all

I am a SEMINARIAN!
A what?
A SEMINARIAN -- someone who goes around attending seminars after seminars!

THIS IS NOT ONLY A JOKE .... but a very bad practice!

==================

Many people go to attend SEMINARS, just to forget the previous Seminars attended.
- a waste of money.
- a waste of energy.
- a waste of opportunities.
- a waste of the SEED/s planted during the SEMINAR or Conference!

"most of it are for Vacations and not for Foundations."
IT IS BAD TO BE A "SEMINARIAN!"
(according to the above idea)

==================

Next month, we will be SENDING many of our people (from Iloilo, Cagayan, Cebu, Bacolod, Manila) to join the Call2All Conference in Cebu.

========================================

As a Delegate what should you NOT DO:
  • DO not be late in any session/s.
  • DO not seat at the back of the hall or room.
  • DO not distract others from listening to what the LORD is revealing in their hearts.
  • DO not leave the group alone.
  • DO not be a  burden to anyone.
As a Delegate what should you DO:
  • ALWAYS connect with your TEAM Leader.  ALWAYS!
  • ALWAYS be a minute ahead the required time to attend the session/s.
  • ALWAYS seat in front or in the middle of the hall, room, theater.  THIS SHOWS EAGERNESS.
  • ALWAYS be sensitive to fellow delegates, especially during commitment calls.
  • ALWAYS go by twos or threes.
  • ALWAYS take down notes! ALWAYS! ALWAYS!
  • ALWAYS be a blessing to the rest of the team.
  • ALWAYS offer what you may offer to the group (finances, help, counsel, etc)
  • ALWAYS take pictures and share to others (for inspiration).
  • ALWAYS think back home (how to relate the things I am hearing now to others back home).  THINK, PLAN, WRITE SOME ACTION POINTS.

Why Do we SEND PEOPLE to SEMINARS?
  • for them to TRAIN their 12 and 144.
  • for them to CREATE a SIMILAR SEMINAR back home through their notes, experiences, and learnings. AND EVEN INVITING THE SAME SPEAKER TO COME TO OUR PLACE.
  • for them to SEND others to the next SEMINAR or Conference.  THINK WHO SHOULD BE HERE NEXT?  AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO GO!
  • for them to be EQUIPPED to EQUIP others.
  • for them to NETWORK with people of the same DREAMS, INTERESTS and VISION.
  • for them to be a Global Christian.

Attention: HLM Site/s ADMINISTRATORS

Romans 12:7 from different translations!

World English Bible
or service, let us give ourselves to service; or he who teaches, to his teaching;

English Revised Version
or ministry, let us give ourselves to our ministry; or he that teacheth, to his teaching;

Weymouth New Testament
if it is the gift of administration, let the administrator exercise a sound judgement in his duties.

=========================
the WORD "service" or "ministry" above is the idea of the GIFT OF ADMINISTRATION.
WHAT should an ADMINISTRATOR DO?  "to exercise a sound judgement in his duties".
=========================

one of the secrets we have for GROWTH at His Life is the exercise of the gift of ADMINISTRATION.
hallelujah!  this helps us focus on our DUTIES to fulfill the Vision God has called us to do.
- pastors need the ADMIN
- preachers need the ADMIN
- worship leaders need the ADMIN
- children's church need the ADMIN
- the Hakot Team needs the ADMIN

WHEN YOU HAVE A GREAT ADMINISTRATOR ... things are falling into their right places and function well.
ADMINS make sure that all is done according to the Values and Vision of the Local Group!

=========================

administrator FROM THE DICTIONARY ...

[ad-min-uh-strey-ter]

ad·min·is·tra·tor

[ad-min-uh-strey-ter] noun
1.
a person who manages or has a talent for managing.

======================================

ADMINS make things easy
ADMINS spot talents ... and uses them
ADMINS coordinate things, people, schedules and problems
ADMINS make things happen
ADMINS make things run smoothly ACCORDING TO THE PURPOSE, MISSION, VISION AND VALUES OF THE ORGANIZATION.

Thank you for ADMINS that help our Pastors in all our SITES.  Without ADMINS, without the GIFT of ADMINISTRATION used in local groups .... we expect things to be in disarray, confusion abounds, communication low and worship not meaning filled and power-filled!

=========================================================

PRAY for GREAT ADMINISTRATORS committed to the following below:
(adapted from our Values and Vision at His Life Ministries)

The core values of an organization are those values we hold which form the foundation on which we perform work and conduct ourselves.  We have an entire universe of values, but some of them are so primary, so important to us that through out the changes in society, government, politics, and technology they are STILL the core values we will abide by.  In an ever-changing world, core values are constant.  Core values are not descriptions of the work we do or the strategies we employ to accomplish our mission.  The values underlie our work, how interact with each other, and which strategies we employ to fulfill our mission.  The core values are the basic elements of how we go about our work.  They are the practices we use (or should be using) every day in everything we do.
CORE VALUES:
Govern personal relationships
Guide business processes
Clarify who we are
Articulate what we stand for
Help explain why we do business the way we do
Guide us on how to teach
Inform us on how to reward
Guide us in making decisions
Underpin the whole organization
Require no external justification
Essential tenets
CORE VALUES ARE NOT:
Operating practices
Business strategies
Cultural norms
Competencies
Changed in response to market/ administration changes
Used individually

CORE VALUES of His Life
Supplement # 2 found in our Encounter Booklet

1) The LORDSHIP of JESUS CHRIST
We believe that we are to call upon Jesus as the LORD of our lives.
This is the beginning of the Christian life and the sustenance of it for victory and success.
Holiness and purity in relationships will be its effect and a strong foundation for becoming a real Christ Follower.

2) The PASSIONATE PURSUIT of GOD in WORSHIP
We express our deep worship of God by seeking to know Him intimately through prayer and fasting, praise and worship, and thanksgiving celebrations.

3) The WORD of GOD
Through theological and practical teaching and preaching we aim for it to be understood, applied and lived out for life transformation. Having the Bible guide us in our Quiet Times is greatly encouraged.

4) COMPASSION for the LOST
People matter to us because they matter to God, that’s why it is our passion to bring people back to God through Celebrative, Culture Current and Life Changing Sunday Worship gatherings.
We are deliberate and strategic in evangelism & missions, church planting & mercy ministries.

5) The FAMILY
Next to God, we put high value and priority to Family, that’s why we give great importance of evangelizing and discipling families for the Lord Jesus Christ.
We firmly hold it is God’s will for the husband and his wife to be as ONE in bringing their family closer to God and serve in a ministry through the Vision of 12 where God has called them.

6) The NEXT GENERATION
We determine to educate our Adult members to continue supporting, teaching, reaching, and discipleship of the children & youth wherever we plant a church or make our presence felt.

7) SPIRIT-FILLED and SPIRIT-EMPOWED SERVICE
We honor Jesus as the Head of the Body and the Holy Spirit as our Counselor and Administrator of all we do. We seek to be actively responsive to the Holy Spirit's daily leading of our personal lives and ministries through His revealed Word--the Bible and promptings.

8. DISCIPLESHIP
We desire for all to believe the words of Jesus, obey His commands and do His works in love.
We aim first to grow as disciples of Christ ourselves and then to make disciples of others through relationship building in small groups --- Life Groups.

9. LEADERSHIP
It is our conviction that each child of God is called to bring Christ-like influence wherever God has placed them, therefore each follower of Jesus is called to be a leader. We uphold the Jesus kind of Leadership -- that is through servant-hood and influencing others to follow God and His ordained biblical leaders.

10. UNITY WITH OTHER CHURCHES
We are convinced that all followers of Christ are one in His Body, the Church.
We aim to maintain unity by honoring all who "call on Jesus' name" and by seeking reconciliation with all parts of the church.

    SATURDAYS are Very Important for SUNDAYS!

    WHAT YOU DO ON SATURDAYS WILL determine the outcome of your SUNDAYS!
    "a HOME VISITING TEAM will produce a CHURCH that's well ATTENDED"
    "when LIFE GROUPS are strong in personal ministry, the result would be a CELEBRATION Experience"
    • Do you want to have an EXCELLENT Sunday Worship Experience?
    • Do you want people to be EXCITED to come to worship Jesus and have fellowship with one another on Sundays?
    • Do you want that people will be EXPECTANT in faith regarding the Word that will be preached on Sundays?

    ----------------------
    REMEMBER THIS:  What you SOW on SATURDAYS you will REAP on SUNDAYS!
    ----------------------

    • PRAY for consecration ON SATURDAYS, not on SUNDAYS!
      • DO YOU HAVE A MIGHTY SPIRITUAL ARMY RECRUITED FOR PRAYER?
      • ARE YOU PRAYING FOR EACH ASPECT OF THE CELEBRATION THE FOLLOWING DAY?
      • ARE PEOPLE ON STAGE BEING PRAYED FOR A DAY BEFORE?
      • ARE PROPHETIC PRAYERS DONE FOR SUNDAYS?
      • Is there a TEAM praying for you (their SITE Leader)?
    • VISIT for connection ON SATURDAYS, not just MONDAYS!
      • ARE THE CELLPHONES OF PEOPLE BEEPING and RINGING BECAUSE OF YOUR TEAM'S INVITATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT A DAY BEFORE?
      • ARE THEIR CELLPHONES RECEIVING CLEAR DIRECTIONS OF WHERE YOU ARE MEETING AND WHAT TIME WILL THE CELEBRATION BEGIN?
      • CAN THEY TEXT BACK YOUR "Text Brigade Team" or "WIRE TEAM" REGARDING SEATING RESERVATIONS, JUST IN CASE THEY BRING A FRIEND OR TWO?
      • Do you have a SATURDAY TEAM that has the habit of handing out Newsletters DOOR TO DOOR or GATE by GATE a DAY BEFORE the actual Celebration?  WOW!  It would be awesome if their kids will have some coupons to exchange the following day at Children's Church!
    • REHEARSE for "perfection" ON SATURDAYS, not and never during SUNDAYS!
      • Hows the Music Team?  Are they a TEAM already?
      • Does the Music TEAM know the Program Flow from beginning to end?  They must!   They have to!
      • Are the songs "perfected" already?  Did it minister to you and to God?  IF YES, it will minister to people.
      • What about the Announcements? The Powerpoint Presentations? and Etc? Are they prepared?
    • STUDY of the Word for explanation, exhortation to get a clear application from the people during the Altar Call.
      • Can the sermon be summarized into 1 sentence?  If not ... it is not a powerful sermon -- it is a scattered one.
      • What is the MAIN BIG ONE Point of the Sermon?  This determines the quality and impact of it as presented.
      • What's the TEXT to be expounded?
      • Have you invested at least 4 or more hours in study? in research? in other readings? In interacting with the TEXT?
      • Do you know how to deliver the Word in a practical, faith-filled, understandable  way?  Can a Grade 4 student understand you?
      • Do you have a vision already for the Altar Call / Commitment / Challenge?  What is that?
      • When and which part of the message will you MENTION the NEED and IMPORTANCE of being part of a LifeGroup?  You must do this if you are interested in MAKING DISCIPLES :-)  SUNDAY IS NOT ENOUGH!
    • UNLEASH LIFE GROUP LEADERS to FOLLOW UP their MEMBERS!
      • Are Life Group Members requested by their LG LEADER to PRAY for the SWE?
      • Are Life Group Members encouraged to be on time for the Celebration?
      • Are Life Group Members motivated to serve during SWE?  As a greeter, usher, server, Children's story tellers? and Etc?
      • Are Life Group Members given an INVITE CARD to give to a neighbor or friend to the SUNDAY WORSHIP Service?

      The Best!
      and OUGHT TO BE!

      who will PASTOR the CITY?
      who will PASTOR them?

      REMEMBER:  JESUS DIED FOR THE UNBELIEVERS!
