To become a hero maker, you must be a faithful and good discipler. Having a heart and mind like Jesus to train, equip and unleash disciples for mighty exploits. From disciples to apostles. A true and successful leaders has a successors for God's greater glory. 🙌
Discernment, knowledge, wisdom foresight, understanding, patience, love, kindness, long-suffering and self-control is what needed to know and identify whom we disciple, develop, entrust and impart with.
I see leadership potential and initiative in Jirah and Mae Jean. I see they have the capacity to become effective disciple-makers as well. They can be entruated with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
