BUILD now YOUR Tribe Family

WHY
TRIBE Leadership?

ANSWER:
For I am BUILDING a PASTORAL MOVEMENT who will make disciples and EXPAND LEADERSHIP to truly RUN the Church/churches of God.

This move will help me more connect
to ALL TRIBE LEADER'S NETWORKS
all around HLM FAMILY globally.

Our GOAL:
EACH one is connected to ONE even apart PHYSICALLY and around the ISLANDS and CONTINENTS.
WE WILL STILL BE CONNECTED BY TRIBES!
VIA TRIBE LEADERS.

It will RESULT in:

1
The
Vision of 144
STRENGTHENED and COMPACTED
THIS IS ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS that KNOWS NO BOUNDS.

2
The
Vision of 1728
IGNITED and TRULY STARTED
THIS IS ABOUT HANDLING DOWN THE VISION INTERNALLY.

3
The
SITE CORNER PASTOR PREACHER CARE TAKER will have to work towards --- THE TRIBE LEADER.
Remember it is totally different to be a SITE PREACHER PASTOR and a TRIBE GROUP LEADER.

SENIOR PASTORS MAY LEAD A SITE but a TRIBE GROUP LEADER is leading people VIA NETWORKS (WHICH MAY BE FROM OTHER SITES, CORNERS AND AREAS).
PASTORS, PREACHERS, SITE LEADERS must CONSOLIDATE people into TRIBES not by SITES!

note
note
note on a TENSION*some Tribe Leaders are in the SAME SITE, some are in different SITES, nevertheless people are INTERCONNECTED not by SITES but by TRIBES.
note
note
note .... ministries are via SITES and SPECIALIZED WEEK DAY MINISTRIES, but DISCIPLESHIP is not by SITES but by TRIBES (which members may come from different AREAS, SITES, COUNTRIES AND CITIES).

One
TRIBE Group Leader
COVERS around
Two to Three or more
DLGroup Leaders WHO cover 12 15 20 or more
LIFE Group Leaders who are leading Life Groups!!

°°°°°°°°°°°°

4
That the
CONNECTION will be more
PERSONAL and INTIMATE
and "patriarchal"
(I am PROMOTING a SPIRIT of "FATHERING")
not CORPORATE or PROFESSIONAL managing.

HALLELUJAH for
TRIBE LEADERS
who will INSPIRE and IMPART their passion and heart down towards the MULTITUDES 🙂

A spiritual father is someone who helps disciple others, much like the apostle Paul the Apostle did with Timothy.

“For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel.” (1 Corinthians 4:15)

Jesus Christ spiritually fathered His disciples by teaching, correcting, empowering, and sending them.

Spiritual fathering is not about control, but about love, discipleship, and helping others become who God called them to be. It is raising spiritual sons and daughters to walk faithfully with Christ.

As I was reading this article, I was reminded that the heart of ministry has always been about people and relationships. I learned that real discipleship cannot stay shallow or only centered on programs and gatherings. It challenged me to see the importance of building genuine connections, spiritual family, and fathering people intentionally. What impacted me most is the reminder that even when people are far apart physically, we can still stay united through discipleship and shared vision.

Tribes of Quantity and of Quality Disciplemakers and Disciples

Paul regarded Timothy and Titus as his sons in the faith. This is discipleship in practice. As we do this via tribing, we are (1) raising spiritual fathers and mothers to disciple someone in knowing Jesus and (2) we are raising sons and daughters that are not anymore orphans and are covered. Excited for what the Lord will do through this!

"TJ's thoughts and learnings"

This is what the sheeps need, whether saved sheeps or lost sheeps. They need the heart of the Father expressed through the Tribe leaders who have the Spirit of God that has the spirit of fathering. Yes I am reminded that discipleship is relationship, and basically the Christian faith is relational like the Trinity; The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. So we must live disciplemaking or Christianity like a family. It is relational, fathering and sonship.
