TRIBE group leadership and shepherding are essential because they cultivate relational discipleship that multiplies people, leaders, and kingdom impact. Through faithful care and intentional leadership, God’s work expands from one life to many...
Reading this article reminded me that leadership in the church is really about shepherding people well and helping others grow into leaders too. I learned that multiplication does not happen by accident, it takes intentional care, prayer, follow up, and genuine relationships. What challenged me most is the reminder that every person matters, and as leaders, we are called not only to gather people but to truly connect, nurture, and guide them toward spiritual growth and discipleship.
Praying for more Tribe Leaders that teaches, tutors, and exemplify Jesus.
Thanks Ptr JR for this input! It is imperative to have a regular Leadgroup meeting. Through empowering my leaders under me through Leadgroup meetings and check ups, I am working with them in the advancing of the kingdom of God in the lives of the people they are discipling. I must release the leaders under me to make disciples and make disciple makers!

Before becoming a lifegroup leader, there's Preparation needed. The aspiring lifegroup leader must be equipped by Prayer, fasting, and the Word of God. And especially having the character like Christ - so that he or she will not mess up the our push the sheeps away instead of nurturing them to grow in the Lord. The ministry that the lifegroup leader will be leading or shepherding should not be the result of desperation, but spiritual preparation.
