• may include other Prayer Requests (especially from CHURCH GOERS)
• should be prepared by PRAISE and PREACHING
• a master list must be updated monthly

TRAIN TRAINERS

• this must be the thrust
• training must produce trainers
• training must never be for entertainment, filling a schedule, or growing the head
• training must be for reproduction, revolution and reformation

SUPPORT DREAMS

• ask people to constantly share their dreams
• from prayer ... DREAM
• from DREAM ... ACTION
• observe DREAMS larger than self

CREATE TEAMS TO GO

• pioneers must be on the look out
• teams beginning from individuals and married couples, life groups and more 

NETWORKS WBTS

• a constant ONCE a YEAR or more NON SUNDAY Campaign for this
• WIN - basic sharing of the GOSPEL and ENGAGING the world around them
• BOND - regularly LAND people in Vital Small Groups
• TRAIN - show the price to pay for "pastoral leadership" (while others becomes INTERCESSORS, ASSISTANTS and etc)
• SEND - have training foundations for MINISTRIES and MOVEMENT through LIFEGROUPS

HLLC

• check the possibility of EXPANSION outside the Nacional Grounds to other SITES
• have all INTERN Pastors take part through a systematic integration of schedule
• staff must be from a Christian Evangelical Foundation or open to the VALUES and VISION of HLM 

HC

• this is a TOOL to reach more and more people that must be explored and developed
• all SITES and NETWORKS must be in cooperation with HOUSE CHURCHES

• SPORTS program should be a TOOL to reach to everyone!
• this is a bridge that can truly be used to reach the world for JESUS (have the Olympic MindSet)

• review the opportunity and power of the WITNESS TEAM in all SITES
• develop well 
• have budget in this endeavor

• NETWORK and TRIBE Leaders (Life Group Materials and Daily Readings* and also the LEAD GROUP GUIDE which is totally DIFFERENT from a Regular Life Group Weekly Guide)
• LIFE GROUP PASTORS (Testimonial Endorsements)
• ADMINISTRATION (Catalytics - Special Events, Calendaring and COLLABORATING)
• MEDIA and Communication Department (Collaterals, Designs and Promotions, Now Social Media Focused)
• MISSIONS Department (Stories from the Mission Field and Constant Recruitment)

• Nacional PRAYER Pastor (United House of Prayer Guide with the HoPs)

and the

• SENIOR PASTORS (Editing and Covering in the LIGHT of the 5 FOLD LEADERSHIP GIFTINGS - apest ... Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Shepherds and Teachers). These Leaders also LEAD and SERVE during InDepthWEDNESDAYS and ImmerseSATURDAYS.

It is always an effort to listen to one another and to the needs of the FLOCK and FOLD God has given us under our care.  

His Life LEADERSHIP operates in the CULTURE of INTER-DEPENDENCE!
