You’ve got to have a burden. 

That’s the thing most preachers are missing. 

A burden. If they don’t have a burden it’s just a bunch of fluff. 

Andy Stanley says “you can tell when a communicator is carrying a burden versus when he (or she) is simply dispensing information”.

Andy notes that the key to finding your burden is by answering the questions, 

“What is the one thing I must communicate? 

What is it that people have to know?” 

The benefit of having a burden is that it “brings passion to preaching. 

It transforms lifeless theology into compelling truth”.

• BATON PRAYER RELAY covering the entire actual SWE of any SITE or CORNER of HLM.
• This will work best as 10 to 12 people volunteer. 
• Pray inter-changeably every 7 to 10 minutes IN SECRET. 
• THEY must be in a corner called "BATON PRAYER RELAY POWER HOUSE"

TIP: 

Recruit from each group 1 person to pray [His Lambs, Ushers, Hakot Team, BookTable Person, Choir, Song Leader, Musicians, etc – MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE free to pray and not to be in conflict with the DUTY of the DAY. Example: The Drummer plays between 930am to 1015am, therefore request him only to pray either BEFORE or AFTER that time segment)

PRAY that the blessings and the goodness of the LORD as the GATES and DOORS are opened to His people to enter to Worship Him in Spirit and in Truth today.

PRAY that our USHERS, GREETERS, WELCOMERS, FOOD WAITERS and HAKOT TEAM that are on station this day be a friend to all and more especially to strangers and will execute their role in the most excellent way preparing and aiding people to worship God.

PRAY that the CALL TO WORSHIP [prelude] will prepare each heart and mind to love God with everything. From the Worship Leader, to the Preacher, to the people in attendance.

PRAY that there will be a pure exaltation of God as the WORSHIP and PRAISE SONGS are sang in unison from the lips and hearts of all.

PRAY that the READING of the WORD of GOD bring a holy freshness for people to hear and obey.

PRAY that all will honor God in cheerful decorum of the bringing of GIFTS, TITHES, PLEDGES, and OFFERINGS as it is announced and accounted for afterwards.

PRAY that the PREACHING of the WORD of GOD is consistent, clear and challenging to a point that people will respond to the call of the hour and be consolidated well.
