if it is the gift of administration, let the administrator exercise a sound judgement in his duties.
=========================
the WORD "service" or "ministry" above is the idea of the GIFT OF ADMINISTRATION.
WHAT should an ADMINISTRATOR DO? "to exercise a sound judgement in his duties".
=========================
one of the secrets we have for GROWTH at His Life is the exercise of the gift of ADMINISTRATION.
hallelujah! this helps us focus on our DUTIES to fulfill the Vision God has called us to do.
- pastors need the ADMIN
- preachers need the ADMIN
- worship leaders need the ADMIN
- children's church need the ADMIN
- the Hakot Team needs the ADMIN
WHEN YOU HAVE A GREAT ADMINISTRATOR ... things are falling into their right places and function well.
ADMINS make sure that all is done according to the Values and Vision of the Local Group!

a person who manages or has a talent for managing.
======================================
ADMINS make things easy
ADMINS spot talents ... and uses them
ADMINS coordinate things, people, schedules and problems
ADMINS make things happen
ADMINS make things run smoothly ACCORDING TO THE PURPOSE, MISSION, VISION AND VALUES OF THE ORGANIZATION.
Thank you for ADMINS that help our Pastors in all our SITES. Without ADMINS, without the GIFT of ADMINISTRATION used in local groups .... we expect things to be in disarray, confusion abounds, communication low and worship not meaning filled and power-filled!

PRAY for GREAT ADMINISTRATORS committed to the following below:
(adapted from our Values and Vision at His Life Ministries)
The core values of an organization are those values we hold which form the foundation on which we perform work and conduct ourselves. We have an entire universe of values, but some of them are so primary, so important to us that through out the changes in society, government, politics, and technology they are STILL the core values we will abide by. In an ever-changing world, core values are constant. Core values are not descriptions of the work we do or the strategies we employ to accomplish our mission. The values underlie our work, how interact with each other, and which strategies we employ to fulfill our mission. The core values are the basic elements of how we go about our work. They are the practices we use (or should be using) every day in everything we do. | |
CORE VALUES: Govern personal relationships Guide business processes Clarify who we are Articulate what we stand for Help explain why we do business the way we do Guide us on how to teach Inform us on how to reward Guide us in making decisions Underpin the whole organization Require no external justification Essential tenets | CORE VALUES ARE NOT: Operating practices Business strategies Cultural norms Competencies Changed in response to market/ administration changes Used individually |
CORE VALUES of His Life

1) The LORDSHIP of JESUS CHRIST
We believe that we are to call upon Jesus as the LORD of our lives.
This is the beginning of the Christian life and the sustenance of it for victory and success.
Holiness and purity in relationships will be its effect and a strong foundation for becoming a real Christ Follower.
2) The PASSIONATE PURSUIT of GOD in WORSHIP
We express our deep worship of God by seeking to know Him intimately through prayer and fasting, praise and worship, and thanksgiving celebrations.
3) The WORD of GOD
Through theological and practical teaching and preaching we aim for it to be understood, applied and lived out for life transformation. Having the Bible guide us in our Quiet Times is greatly encouraged.
4) COMPASSION for the LOST
People matter to us because they matter to God, that’s why it is our passion to bring people back to God through Celebrative, Culture Current and Life Changing Sunday Worship gatherings.

We desire for all to believe the words of Jesus, obey His commands and do His works in love.
We aim first to grow as disciples of Christ ourselves and then to make disciples of others through relationship building in small groups --- Life Groups.
9. LEADERSHIP
It is our conviction that each child of God is called to bring Christ-like influence wherever God has placed them, therefore each follower of Jesus is called to be a leader. We uphold the Jesus kind of Leadership -- that is through servant-hood and influencing others to follow God and His ordained biblical leaders.
10. UNITY WITH OTHER CHURCHES
We are convinced that all followers of Christ are one in His Body, the Church.
