As we progress at His Life Ministries ... going 25 years old soon, Internships (in PASTORAL CONTEXT) must be geared up.
More and more are to be done before JESUS come.
More and more wants to do the things of God.
More and more are hearing the Voice of God in Pastoral Leadership.

THUS gear up "INTERNSHIPS" at His Life Ministries.

We cannot afford to FAIL.
We cannot afford to LOSE.
We cannot afford to WASTE time, talent, treasure ... AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.
We should not just have a CULTURE of INVOLVEMENT, but a CULTURE of INTERNSHIPS (qualified involvements).

WELCOME to the 3, 6, 12 Journey of LISTENING, SERVING, GROWING.

• 3 months TRIAL then REVIEW if wants to continue with a concrete 60 Day Plan + PLUS TOTAL COMPLIANCE with YEAR 3 and 4 at LTS.
• 6 months will be NEXT PHASE if both PARTIES agrees to GO (Pastor and MTM Leaders Team) with more detailed DiscipleMaking Plan.
• This is where WE MAY "INSTALL" 🙂
• Before the BEGINNING of 3 Months .... Welcome PARTY 'induction' Only .... NOT YET INSTALLATION.  
• That's 3 months. Then 6 months.
• After which ANOTHER REVIEW by BOTH PARTIES (with the Pastor and Family as LEADER) will be CONDUCTED.
• If all would GO FOR THE '12' .... which is 1 YEAR NOW .... THIS IS WHERE WE put up the FORMAL INSTALLATION.

SIMPLE INTERNSHIP faith and communications guideline

Internship Guideline # 1:
Never say "indi pwede" | "it cannot be done" | "hindi kaya or pwede"

Internship Guideline # 2:
Never let more than 1 hour pass without responding to Communications.

Internship Guideline # 3:
Never finish the week without BLOGGING in your official personal BLOG.
THIS IS A REQUIREMENT to PASS the DIVINITY PROGRAM Year # 4.

Internship Guideline # 4:
Never let 3 days pass without reading a LEADERSHIP BOOK.

Internship Guideline # 5:
Never GUESS ... and GUESS WORK. Always ask. Report EVERY move.

Internship Guideline # 6:
Never go to places without telling someone where you are to go.

Internship Guideline # 7:
Never spend more than 500 pesos without LISTING and RECORDING it down.

Internship Guideline # 8.
Never do anything without me (Pastor JR and TEAM) knowing.

Internship Guideline # 9:
Never EXPECT from others except you have first INSPECTED and Educated.

Internship Guideline # 10:
Never do things apart from FAITH HOPE and LOVE.

• IL Jireh and TEAM will be now crossing towards the "12" PROGRAM  .... of 3 6 12 in THAILAND.
