REGARDING MONEY & FUNDS 
====

1️⃣

Each Site or Corner MUST HAVE a 
His Life Ministries Inc BANK ACCOUNT. 
OR
at least have a CHECKING ACCOUNT (non ATM) signed by TWO SIGNATORIES.
Pastors and their Immediate Family members cannot be SIGNATORIES.

2️⃣
ALL GIVINGS (Gcash and Physical) must first be DEPOSITED in their DESIGNATED OFFICIAL ACCOUNT.  Only then can EXPENSES via Withdrawal should be practiced carefully with a Weekly supported FINANCIAL REPORT.

3️⃣
Allowances will soon be GIVEN on the 15th and 30th or at least TWO to THREE DAYS of which --- 12th and 26th.

4️⃣
Local Congregations must SUPPORT their Local Pastor and Workers using the BEST and LOVING gauge possible, such as MINIMUM WAGES plus double honor if the Laborer in the Gospel is very excellent.
HLM NACIONAL OFFICE has a Guide for this (inclusive of Tenture, Degrees Earned, size of congregation, capacity of congregation and the Vision of 12 "performance" index).

5️⃣
EACH PASTOR must be an example in Tithing by both Practice and Teaching. This is usually being ReCalibrated NATION-WIDE using our ThanksGiving VOWS FORM and Special Brown Envelopes for Each Worshipper on Thanksgiving Day.

6️⃣
Each Network and Congregation must SUBMIT a complete BUDGET GUIDE for the Week | Month and YEAR for Transparency purposes.
