Share The Best Working ways on how to lead. 

Let each of your Life Group Leader share 

HOW THEY INVITE? 

PROMOTE? 

START? 

END? 

Their meetings.

Pray for the Success of Each Life Group LEADER.

ANOINT them with oil for ministry.

Let them be a "PASTOR" that will care for the FLOCK together with you.

Being an ALTAR CONSOLIDATOR and PRAYER Minister every SUNDAY WORSHIP CELEBRATION in all HLM Gatherings is to be Regularly practiced.

CONSOLIDATE People who 

do not yet have a Life Group by ASKING 

who is to be Followed Up?

Whose NAMES are in the WIRE LIST at the SWE.

THEN IMMEDIATELY CONNECT.

PLAN your Once a Year 144 Party. 

This is to be attended by ALL LIFE GROUP LEADERS 

under your COVERAGE with their MEMBERS. 

IT could be a Prayer Breakfast Format. 

It could be a MOUNTAIN TRIP OUT Format. 

It could be a Bowling Tournament Format. 

It could be a DANCE FITNESS early AM Format or even a BasketBall Game.

Get Everyone Ready for the ALL IN ONE 1728 Party Celebration.

This may be tied to our JUMP PARTY after Thanksgiving

OIL FOR MINISTRY 2022

 

LAST February 23 2022, we had a great morning of prayer and distribution of OIL FOR MINISTRY bottle.  This was given to all our LEADERS who were there PHYSICALLY praying.  It was also given to people who would like to be used by the LORD to minister to people via prayer and visitations.

We DEDICATED and DISTRIBUTED the OIL FOR MINISTRY Bottles to the LORD in prayer.  Then followed the DISTRIBUTION of it, as people came to the front to get their SMALL BOTTLE.  Each Bottle contains OIL MIXTURE from the land of Israel, in a base oil of coconut virgin oil from our country.  

We then individually lifted up each OIL BOTTLE to the LORD.

WE ALSO OPENED THE BOTTLE and used a small portion of it for our own PERSONAL ANOINTING TIME.  We rubbed the OIL upon our foreheads to remind us of getting ready to serve.

OUR PRAYER

PRAY that God will each one of us to use the OIL appropriately.

PRAY that the OIL for Ministry will be cleansed and consecrated so that it can be used for the sake of God's glory.

using this OIL FOR MINISTRY.
