This is where we are going right now regarding our Campus Ministry aka CAMPUS CHURCH.

THOUGHT # 1
We are now "dividing" the work all over PHILIPPINES (and INTERNATIONALLY soon).
The effect of this will be:

• our students will be AUTOMATIC missionaries to/and in their CAMPUSES / SCHOOLS.
• our students will concentrate on the WIN, BOND, TRAIN, SEND inside their CAMPUSES.
• our students will do lesser work in the context of "church SITE work"; rather they will see more and more of themselves to be an explosive MOVEMENT of God's laborers in the HARVEST inside their "campus CHURCHES".

• this will attract more and more Youth PASTORS for the CAMPUSES to be pastored.  Bring them on LORD!
• this will build up more and more the MEN and the WOMEN and the YOUNG PROFESSIONALS in their respective fields of ministries and SITES (meaning:  more and more Kings Men and Women of Destiny members will lead in Worship; Praise, Dramas, Announcements and Etc during regular Church Site meetings).  The Youth will be more of Attenders and secondary Volunteers.  Remember the Youth are being SOURCED for and to their Campuses (their "NATION").  
• this will catapult mission and harvest endeavors INSIDE a local Campus, thus reach and disciple more students effectively  (instead of bringing the STUDENTS to our Churches, we are to Start Churches among the Campus youth, wherever they are -- THUS the BEGINNING OF YOUTH CHURCHES).

THOUGHT # 2

Adopt this as a NEW Season (in the context of the last days scenario).

THIS IS A NEW SEASON.

THIS IS A SEASON OF CONCENTRATION.

THIS IS THE SEASON OF raising a YOUTH to really reach the YOUTH Big Time!

• Campus (school) churches will be ESTABLISHED.  It doesn't have to be SUNDAYS.  It could be on a THRUSDAY NIGHT inside or around their SCHOOL VENUE.
• Get ready for REVIVAL within CAMPUS Venues.  Christian BANDS, Songs and Preaching and TEACHING will be heard!  Just like hearing SPORTSFEST PROGRAMS, MARCHES AND CULTURAL EVENTS REHEARSALS.  Can you now conceive it?  Can you now IMAGINE it? Can you now SEE it?
• THERE WILL BE CHAPEL HOURS not just in CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS but in PUBLIC SCHOOLS, NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS and RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS across the land! Hallelujah!.

We must INVITE all our Students in their CAMPUS CHURCHES to join us for our SITE CHURCHES CELEBRATIONS on a weekend!  Why not?

FOUNDATIONAL SCRIPTURE:

The course you are about to go through and every other course in our Leadership Training School is in line with this vision of glorifying God and making disciples.

THE VISION PROCESS:

The process of the vision is what new believers go through in their discipleship journey.
The LGT course is part of the train process.

THE PURPOSE:
To produce LIFEGroup leaders
It is the main aim of this training to equip and empower disciples to lead their own life groups.

COURSE CONTENT:
LGT is a 30-lesson course divided into 3 levels addressing the mind (doctrine), heart (character)  and will (ministry).

LEVEL ONE:
DOCTRINE – Biblical foundational truths

CROSSFIRE:
This is a one day retreat for the students for commissioning, impartation and refreshing.  The students must be able to finish the first 2 levels of the training and all its requirements for them to be able to attend the Crossfire retreat.  Sessions are as follows:
Intimacy and Obedience
Identity and Destiny
Spirit-Filled Leadership Temperament
Vision for Harvest
Vision for Discipleship
Consecration

COURSE DURATION:
The 30 lessons will run for 15 meetings (3 months and 3 weeks).  The class will be once a week and will last for 2 hours with 2 lessons to be covered.   Adding the Crossfire weekend and the preaching demonstration weeks,  the whole course will have a total span of about 18 weeks  (4 months and 2 weeks)

CLASS FLOW:
1ST PERIOD  

• 5 minutes – Spiritual Preparation 
• 5 minutes – Connection 
• 5 minutes – Quiz

                35-40 minutes – Lesson 1

• 5-10 minutes – Activity 

F I V E    M I N U T E  -  B R E A K
2ND PERIOD

• 35-40 minutes  – Lesson 2
• 5-10 minutes – Activity
• 10 minutes – Ministry/Prayer

STUDENT’S QUALIFICATIONS

• His Life Ministries Covenant (filled up and submitted)
• Cross Course Completion
• Water Baptism

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE:
Fill-up enrolment form.
Let life group leader sign the form.
Submit to Train Secretary the completely filled up form with 2 1x1 picture and enrolment fee payment.

TRAINING COURSE FEE:
       The whole LGT course will have a total cost of only 800 Php.
       Upon enrolment – 200 Php
       Per level – 200 Php

STUDENT GUIDELINES:
1. Be punctual.  Those who arrive after the connection time will not be able to join the class on that day.
2. Only 1 absence is allowed per level (a total of only 3 absences for the whole course).  Those who go beyond this will have to wait for the next batch.
3. Make-up sessions for absences should be done before the next class.  (Pass make-up form to teacher on the next class.)
4. Wear proper and modest attire (no sleeveless, short shorts and sleepers).
5. Wear I.D. during class hours (to be returned after each class).
6. Leave your area clean and orderly after class.
7. Come prepared for a quiz which will cover the lessons of the previous class.
8. Submit all requirements, assignments and projects on time (regular assignments will be passed on-line while special projects will be in hard copy form).
9. Pay bills promptly.
10. Observe proper behaviour in the classroom.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS:  
Aside from regular class assignments, the following will be required from each student:

LGT 1:
A brief description of the books of the Bible
An interview with a leader of a cult group (by 2’s or 3’s)
Exam

LGT 2:
Reflections on Supplemental Articles
A per chapter devotional journal of 1st and 2nd Timothy
Exam

LGT 3:
Sermon Notes with Preaching Demo
A Book Report on Accidental Missionary
Exam

IMPORTANT NOTE:  
Each student must be able to form a life group before entering the 3rd level of LGT.  This is the most important of all requirements that without it, the student will not be able to qualify for graduation.

• LGT 1:  July 13 to August 10
• LGT 2:   August 17 to September 14
• CROSSFIRE:   September 21
• LGT 3:   September 28 to October 26
• PREACHING DEMO:  November 9, 13, 16

CLASS SCHEDULE FOR 2013 (1ST BATCH):
Saturdays 10 am – 12 nn
Saturdays  3 pm – 5 pm
Sundays 3 pm – 5 pm
