Disciples" is a person who believes in a spread another teachings, a follower. The word MAKING is an action and process that we apply to every believer to become also a Disciple Maker and that we called passing on the baton. As Pastoral Team we need to shephered the flocks, care for their growth and their love for God. We need to be in the vision that God has for us because without vision the people perish.

A great reminder for us to go back to the fundamental need of discipleship and unleashing people thru our influence. Leadership doesnt end with us but we become a channel to process people to lead aswell in the very purposes of God!

Disciple Making is vital and essential in our obedience to the Great Commission. We are to teach & train others to be genuine Christ followers & Christian leaders. Not forgetting that Discipleship is a process and our goal should always be Christ-likeness.

Pass it on. #GGMD

INTENTIONALITY is the word that comes into my mind upon reading the article. With INTENTIONALITY comes the willingness to disciple people, to train people, to equip people, to unleash people in the ministry. When we are INTENTIONAL we will always look for opportunity - in all possible ways we can - to connect with people and eventually to disciple them. To be INTENTIONAL is to train those who have shown leadership potentials in the ministry constantly. Regardless of the situation when we are INTENTIONAL, we become unhindered and choose to press on and move forward. As we continue to Glorify God Make Disciples, praying that each of us we’ll be INTENTIONAL

Discipleship in the christian sense is the process of making someone like Christ, not making someone like you as his/her discipler. We, as an imperfect people, are being used by God to reach out the lost and disciple them as well, expecting that they also have their imperfections and need of a savior Jesus Christ in their lives. Discipleship will just remains as a word if we will not put it into actions.

Discipleship is INTENTIONAL. We have to IDENTIFY each person and INTRODUCE them to Life Group. IMPART to them the Church Values and IGNITE them to LEAD and ILLUMINATE the vision of DISCIPLESHIP MAKING for the GLORY OF GOD.

Making disciples is not easy, it takes time, money, effort, patience, learning and sometimes pain. But this things are needed in order for both the discipler and the disciples to grow in the Lord, because the ultimate goal of discipleship is CHRIST likeness.

His Life Ministries exists because of God-given vision of Glorifying God and Making Disciples. As we continue to obey God's great commission we will to make sure to continue to do His will in giving all glory to God by obeying His call to us to make disciples of Jesus. Here in His Life Ministries we are making sure people are being process. We are making sure that they are being discipled carefully to unleash them in their calling, gifts and potentials. Not for our personal interest and purposes but for God's purposes and glory alone. We develop leaders with Christ-like character and a heart to become a servant generational leaders. Let us continue to be found faithful in our calling and passing on the torch to our next generation. All glory to God alone.

Disciple making is an act of love. An act grounded in relationship. We are not just imposing something on other people. Instead we are helping other people build trust and follow Jesus. Let’s continue to carry out the great commission of making disciples here in His Life Ministries.

We are to share our faith and tell other people specially to nonbelievers about the wonderful changes Jesus Christ has made in our lives. No matter what our maturity level in the Christian life, we have something to offer. To intentionally and willingly encourage and ignite people to lead and help them become Christ-like in character.

Disciple making is intentional, commitment building each others relationship, trust and it takes a lot of effort, money and passion. We can do that through the help of the Holy Spirit. It's our joy building each other for the furtherance of God's Kingdom.. We at His Life will continue to GGMD .. Angel Sison

In this pandemic time, making disciple is quite a challenge but not impossible.
A call to pray for all the pastoral teams is timely and encouraging. This is not only a task by the Bond & Train Dept of site but every lifegroup leader. Each tribe leader or lifegroup leader should spur one another to go all out for the Lord.
Not only new faces should be incorporated in a lifegroup but be processed into the CROSS journey and be trained to be leader of leaders.
As a tribe leader, i should continually pray, encourage & challenge the leaders under me to be deliberate - rise up in the VISION of Discipleship and Multi-Leadership.. . . Glad Arellano

Discipleship is always intentional and intensified.. without these, discipleship will not be accomplished and haphazard.. To have these attitudes prayer is needed. prayer fuels and runs our intentionality and intensity.. as Jesus said regarding the lack of harvester, Pray to the Lord of the Harvest.. if our intentionality and intensity is lacking then it is most likely related to our lack of prayer as well.. Let’s pray that our prayer life would also intensify for us to be intentional and intensified in discipleship.
