- training must be for reproduction, revolution and reformation
- ask people to constantly share their dreams

- pioneers must be on the look out
- teams beginning from individuals and married couples, life groups and more
- a constant ONCE a YEAR or more NON SUNDAY Campaign for this
- WIN - basic sharing of the GOSPEL and ENGAGING the world around them
- BOND - regularly LAND people in Vital Small Groups
- TRAIN - show the price to pay for "pastoral leadership" (while others becomes INTERCESSORS, ASSISTANTS and etc)
- SEND - have training foundations for MINISTRIES and MOVEMENT through LIFEGROUPS
- check the possibility of EXPANSION outside the Nacional Grounds to other SITES
- have all INTERN Pastors take part through a systematic integration of schedule
- staff must be from a Christian Evangelical Foundation or open to the VALUES and VISION of HLM
- this is a TOOL to reach more and more people that must be explored and developed
- all SITES and NETWORKS must be in cooperation with HOUSE CHURCHES
- SPORTS program should be a TOOL to reach to everyone!
- this is a bridge that can truly be used to reach the world for JESUS (have the Olympic MindSet)
