His Life Ministries is EVANGELISM READY!
We are committed to WIN people to JESUS.
We preach Christ crucified, died and resurrected ... and coming again in GLORY!

Evangelism is an organic thing at HLM. 
From one network to the next ... we make sure that people are WON to Christ by sharing to them the GOSPEL; calling for a RESPONSE during Altar Call Moments; sharing Evangelism Tracts, Tools and Thematic Teachings (evangelistically).

There are also moments of GREAT SEASONAL HARVEST.
Such as end of the year school year Campus Retreats; or emergency situations caused by a crisis hit; big organized Evangelistic Thrusts and Missions Exposures, etc.

Even as we are ORGANIC in evangelism, there are times that we must ORGANIZE well for more outreach and REACH!

A delivery system of reaching 100 people weekly might be easy-lifestyle (in evangelism) for us, but when we are called to minister to 3,000 youths or 40,000 youths about to finish school in one district or province or nation -- an E.R. RESPONSE must be done!
What if there is a Village open to Gospel Evangelization and Disciple-Making (because they were hit by a Tsunami or Fire or a Crisis?)

THUS WE HAVE to be "EVANGELISM READY".


E.R.

• will work all across the board of ALL HLM NETWORKS (from lambs, yx, unwind, wod, km) by recruiting a team ready to do an E.R. work.
• will use EVANGECUBES and TRACTS and RETREAT notes to explain the gospel carefully and systematically to participants.
• we will employ methods of "OJ" Operation Jabez from the Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ curriculum, and similar methods of MASS EVANGELISM or "SEED SCATTERING".
• will have RESPONSE CARDS and FORMS for further follow-up using our FOUNDATIONAL BIBLE STUDY MATERIALS and DISCIPLESHIP follow-up process BOOKLET the "CrossRoads".

Be part of E.R. 
(an evangelistic, WIN Department response to a need that arises for Massive Evangelism)

• be listed -- ON CALL.
• be part of the Master Directory -- name, contact number, role
• be in a TEAM of 4 to 6 people (teacher, preacher, singer, testifier, intercessor, coordinator, driver, transporter, musician, etc)

expects REVIVAL!
expects More and more coming into the kingdom of God.
expects the NEXT flow towards SMALL GROUPS and NEW LAUNCH CHURCH GROUPS to disciple the "found".
