I'm excited for this NEW COUNTING System.
It's to count Shepherds at this time.
Every Year we graduate 100 ++ Shepherds.
We are praying for more.
I'm referring to CARING, LOVING, PROCESSING Shepherds. They can deliver deeper relationships and a personalized discipleship JOURNEY.
It is this YEAR that I would like to see more and more STATS regarding the presence of Serving Leaders vs Preaching Servants.
HalleluYah for PREACHING SERVANTS, but after the preaching there must be REACHING, COACHING, PROCESSING and DISCIPLESHIP Making and an ability to SPOT PEOPLE who are Faithful, Teachable and has a Call and Anointing --- These can only be done in a close personalized set up of Small Groups.

Last Sunday we had a Church reaching 2000 people in estimated cumulative attendance WITH 86 SHEPHERDS in Action!!

There are three sheperds present im our last worship service. Our very own Nanay Pastora Dayneth, and Pastora Donna and Pastor Tim of DOXA.
Hallelujah! I love to be a disciple, with the countless numbers of leaders willing to give my best to Christ my Lord.

It is a gift to count the blessing of the Lord. To identify what needs to asked, it is that privilege that we can ask God for supplication, to sustain us and fill us.
Being the church after the service, intentionally asking, communicating and asking people shows interest in them, connecting them to people through small groups that they may grow. Meeting not just on a sunday to get to know them, develop them.
