Church is designed by God to grow both in 1numbers and in 2"ages".
As we experience growth at His Life Ministries worldwide, there will be needs that has to be met from different angles and levels.
We have to see a moving on and a moving up in the area of transitions from ONE NETWORK to the NEXT NETWORK and to the NEXT.
Remember we are reaching the world in 3 GENERATIONS (children; youth; adults)
we must carefully and wisely grow EACH one of them.

HIS Lambs to YX
as our children reach HIGH SCHOOL, they are welcome to be in the NETWORK of YX, our high school and college / university network. THIS IS NOT A SITE NETWORK, but a CAMPUS YOUTH NETWORK.
While some of them will be encouraged to serve in His Lambs network and still make disciples of little children together with our Adult Staff, most of them will find themselves in the YX network soon.

YX to UNWIND
as our college and university students graduate and or find themselves in the workplace / marketplace, the UNWIND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS network would definitely be the perfect network to meet their needs. AGAIN THIS NETWORK IS NOT BASED ON SITES NOR CORNERS but ON TRIBE GROUPINGS.
Foundations on marriage, on money and business and meaning in life as a YOUNG PRO and YOUNG ADULT concerns are discussed here..
While most of YX leaders and YX pastors may have their Tribes settled in place, they still would remain as pastors and leaders of the YX, thus find themselves in a GOVERNMENTAL role at YX.
They may attend UNWIND (now Accelerate) for social-up-building and affinity purposes.
NOTE:
most people coming to UNWIND (now Accelerates) are fruit of outreach at the workplace by the young pros.
NOTE:
most YX transitioning to UNWIND (now Accelerate) are those who have lesser governmental roles at YX and would find themselves fit in the stage of life being a yonng professional / adult.

our Singles come to start their own families, beginning at marriage, then having children, would find themselves in our adults net called KINGSMEN / WOMEN of DESTINY, where we have COUPLES and FAMILY emphasis in our ministry endeavors.
UNWIND // ACCELERATE Tribe leaders and pastors would find themselves remaining in UNWIND // ACCELERATE for GOVERNMENTAL role playing and disciple-making among the YOUNG PROS, while they also attend need meetings for Families and Couples.

Reading this article reminded me that church growth is deeper than numbers, it is about people growing through every stage of life with proper guidance and discipleship. I learned a lot about the importance of transitions and how every network has a purpose in shaping people spiritually. It challenged me to see ministry not just as managing gatherings, but intentionally helping people move, grow, and stay connected in the family of God. -Jeffrey

Grateful that I red this. This blog about one of the most vital calling of a Christian - Discipleship, enlightens me that disciple making takes time. Yes I admit that my weaknesses when it comes to lifegroup is that it came to a point that I was impatient already. I cannot wait to see them become fruitful spiritually. They still love in sin, and when they agreed that they will join crossover, but suddenly changed their mind all of a sudden, I had enough. Because I sacrificed my time teaching them, caring for them, and conducting crossroads. So I gave up. I made a mistake, I was really discouraged. I judged quickly, I left them and finding another who are willing, and wants to grow. But my mentor /Pastor Rolyn told me or corrected me that I should have continue, even thou they were making excuses and having resistance because all of us have different levels of growth, as long as they are willing to listen to the Word of God. On my side, it was hard because It was almost 3 years and I haven't seen any change. The problem is that I was only looking at the outward appearance and easily got discouraged. So just like from His lambs - Youth Extreme - then transition - Accelerate, my main learning here is that discipleship is a journey which means bearing fruit takes time, or growth takes time. I also see that I must bear as well the fruit of the Holy Spirit upon my assessment to disciplemaking. The lifegroup leader is being tested by the conflicts with his or her disciples. So both lifegroup leader and disciples are growing together, and on a journey. I will apply what I learned here on this blog. Thank you and God bless!
As part of the network .. Our ministry not only focus on the group but how it will grow and establish the faith from Lambs up to adults.. We need to have growth in our journey as a church that build and teaching each one to become one that Lead others in the circle.
Discipleship is a vital core of the church, for it to grow and continue existing.
Only Upright Godly leaders can make trie Godly disciples for Christ not of himself, theyare to have a loving relationship to his disciple(s) before commitment and trainings them.
Jesus set us this example. He built strong relationship with the 12, testified His and the Father's work and miracles , trained them for 3 years, commissioned and send
