• employ THE ALPHA Experience, EVANGECUBE sharings, GOSPEL TRACTS distribution, L.O.V.E. Community Transformation cooperation with locals and other ways to penetrate different cultures for the GOSPEL.
• ADD the Film Showing in Barangays and Communities coupled with Acts of Blessings (feeding and so forth), aka "OJ" (2019 addition idea)
• create TRANSPORT and hauling of people from their homes to our assemblies.
• BOND
• land EVERYONE to a SPIRITUAL HOME, called "Life Groups" where they will MEET, SIT, TEACH, TALK, PRAY (consistent disciple making process).
• do the CROSSROADS
• join a CROSSOVER
• finish the CROSSWAY
• TRAIN
• develop each one to be a TRUE BLUE DISCIPLE of JESUS (until Christ is formed in them).
• THROUGH YEAR 1 at LTS
• to see EACH active member of His Life Ministries trained to become like Jesus in leading Small Groups in the Vision of 12, our LGL+ curriculum.
• THROUGH YEAR 2 at LTS
• to see LOCAL HLM Pastors teaching Biblical Worldview Doctrine in their Sites, Corners and Vicinity.  This is open to all who wishes to dig a little bit deeper in the Christian Faith.  
• THROUGH YEAR 3 at LTS
• to see GROUPS of people equipped and empowered to START, BEGIN and LAUNCH new Cells (LifeGroups), Congregations (Networks), Celebrations (Corporate Worship Services) around the world.
• THROUGH YEAR 4* at LTS
• to enhance the anointing of our FULL-TIME GOVERNMENTAL Christian Leaders by equipping them through our HIS LIFE DIVINITY SCHOOL (in partnership with a local endorsed Theological Training School)
• *Year 4 is a REQUIRED TRAINING BLOCK for all HIS LIFE MINISTRIES Pastors.
• SEND
• unleash discipled LEADERS to influence the world around them.
• create ministries, communities and causes for CHRIST until he returns.
• LAUNCH His Life Churches (in campuses, in communities, in companies) everywhere!
