1000 to 2000 People DEVELOPED outside METRO BACOLOD via DLG Discipleship Life Groups and HLM CENTERS becoming SCHOOL of SHEPHERDS.

1. PRAY for EACH of your MEMBER.
2. DEVELOP EACH ONE to be like YOU, yes to be like CHRIST.
3. ENROLL them in HLM CROSS-COURSE (open TO ALL) and LGL+ Training (selected as FIT).

• Launch Meet UP with People who will GO for this.
• FORMS to GOvern Well.
• Regular Meetings and Daily Connections with JR.
• Have HLM Centers or ROOMS of Trainings [physically and on line].
• Curriculum Guide PLAN for PEOPLE to GRADUATE // Be Recognized AND Unleashed.
• WORKING BUDGET. 
• STAFF to RUN this ENDEAVOR.
